They are just perfect and exactly the kind I was looking for. BUT I am a size 6.0 and I had ordered 6.5 just to be on the safe side. BUT it was too tight. I actually have pretty small feet for my height. I am 5'4" and a size 6.0 but even the 6.5 didn't fit well. I felt my feet were stuffed in the boots with absolutely NO breathing space. I am returning them now but I will order a larger size soon.

They rise slightly above the knee (I have a 31" inseam) however because they fold over into a cuff style boot they are too loose at the top when not folded over. I was looking for a sleek look all the way up the leg and do not like the gap around the top of the legs (I am a medium build so these boots would probably swim on someone who has very thin legs). It is a very nice, attractive looking boot, true to fit and comfortable and for someone who likes a pirate style or looser style to tuck jeans into they may do the trick. Unfortunately I returned these in search of a sleeker pair with the same moderate heel height.
